"I qualified as a registered practitioner with the Shiatsu Society of Ireland in 1998 (RPSSI), after a three year part-time training. I then entered the three year part-time training programme in acupuncture and tuina massage with the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland and completed my clinical work experience in Nanjing, China in 2002. I then qualified in Chinese herbal medicine in 2005. After many years of practicing yoga with many teachers of different disciplines, I formalised my training with Yoga Therapy Ireland in 2009, where I also qualified to teach yoga for pregnancy."

A licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, Sally is also a registered shiatsu practitioner and yoga teacher. The essence behind her work is to offer people a way to be involved in caring for their health.  Her treatments and classes emphasise how a person can make small consistent changes, backed up by professional advice, that will go far to achieve a feeling of being well.
